What Will You Learn?

  • The aim of the course is to give the basic concepts of packaging dependent shelf-life, that are useful for the evaluation of existing or the development of new food products.
  • Matching the packaging to the desired shelf-life is necessary for quality assurance; food processors are required by law to ensure that the shelf-life information on their packaging is correct.
